These are the things that I have really enjoyed about living at Northland Flats- The design of the apartments is modern and fun. I have gotten so many compliments from guests when they come to Visit. Management is friendly and helpful. Office communicates well with residents. Maintenance was timely and reliable. Free Food Fridays were always a fun event.

Like any other college student, money is tight, and that they work extremely well with FA is so great! No late fees and it’s easy!

I lived in Northland Flats for 3 years. The apartments have a great floor plan and was a comfortable living space. I loved my patio, neighbors, and the atmosphere. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to live off campus but close to campus!
